The level of sex-hormone-binding globulin starts to increase, leading to the fall of bioavailable testosterone that stimulates sexual desire. Furthermore, overweight always goes along with high cholesterol level. That is why the blood flow to the clitoris and genitals becomes much slower, blocking sexual arousal.

It is worth to mention that mainly your weight affects the way you feel about yourself. It means that the level of self-confidence usually falls when you gain weight, leading to lower sensuality and blocking sexual life.
